Enjoy entertaining with the flat screen television and gas fireplace in the living room as well as the dining area that can comfortably seat 6, with an additional 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is well equipped with a DSC gas stove with 4 burners and grill, Subzero refrigerator, dishwasher, and warming draw. This level also has a Mitsubishi air cooler for Aspen's warm Summer months. The upper level, located on the front side of the home, encompasses the master bedroom suite, which has a Mitsubishi air conditioner, an en-suite bath, generous walk in closet, and stackable washer and dryer. There is access to the private deck which enjoys views of Aspen Mountain and features a barbeque grill and outdoor table and chairs. The lower level includes a recreation room with television, wet bar with refrigerator, ping pong table, laundry closet with full size washer and dryer, guest bedroom with ensuite bath which has a second door to be accessed in hallway for recreation room users and a bunk room with full kitchen area, bath and walk in closet. There is another guest bedroom located above the two-car garage that has a private bath, and a Mitsubishi air conditioner.
